Travel Research and Planning Fee Agreement

This Travel Research and Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”), together with our Terms and Conditions located at https://tac.findyourpridetravel.com (collectively, the “Terms”), sets forth the terms under which Find Your Pride Travel, LLC (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) will provide travel research and planning services to you (“you” or “your”).

By signing this Agreement, submitting payment authorization, or remitting payment for the planning fee, you agree to be bound by the terms below and by our Client Terms and Conditions.

1. EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERMINATION

This Agreement becomes effective when:

• You provide written, digital, or electronic signature;

• You submit payment authorization; or

• You remit payment of the Travel Research and Planning (“TRP”) fee.

This Agreement will remain in effect until your trip is completed or the Agreement is otherwise terminated in writing by either party.

2. PLANNING FEE STRUCTURE

Our TRP fee is non-refundable, and is separate from and in addition to the cost of your actual travel. This fee covers research, proposal development, and itinerary planning services only. All planning fees are quoted upfront and must be paid in full before services begin.

• TRP fees start at $150 and may increase based on the complexity of your request.

• All applicable taxes are included unless otherwise noted in your planning fee invoice.

3. SERVICES INCLUDED

The planning fee includes:

• Research and development of a custom itinerary proposal

• Up to three (3) revisions of that proposal

• Delivery of your first proposal within fourteen (14) business days (excluding weekends and holidays), starting from the date we receive both the planning fee and all necessary traveler information

4. PROPOSAL FORMAT AND PRICING

Your itinerary proposal may include various components such as accommodations, flights, cruises, activities, ground transportation, and more. In some cases, bundled or packaged pricing may be presented rather than itemized line-by-line, in accordance with supplier confidentiality agreements.

5. REVISION & REINSTATEMENT POLICY

• Revisions: Additional revisions beyond the initial three (3) are subject to a $50 per revision fee, payable prior to work commencing on those changes.

• Expired Proposals: If you do not respond to communications within five (5) business days, your proposal will expire. A $75 reinstatement fee will apply to reopen the file—provided it has not been expired for more than 15 calendar days.

6. LIMITATION ON REVISIONS

We reserve the right to limit the number of revisions if the nature or volume of changes requested hinders the feasibility of the travel arrangements.

7. COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS

Prompt and timely communication is essential. As outlined in our Client Terms and Conditions, pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until booked. Any delay in responding to proposals or quote options may result in changes to availability or pricing.

8. FEE SUMMARY

• Travel Research & Planning Fee: Starts at $150 and may vary based on the complexity of your trip.

• Itinerary Proposal Revision Fee: $50 per revision request beyond the initial three included.

• Itinerary Proposal Reinstatement Fee: $75 to reinstate an expired proposal, provided it has not been expired for more than 15 calendar days.

9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By signing or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement and the Client Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. The Terms and Conditions are available at: https://tac.findyourpridetravel.com
